Samples will be charged at normal price list rate. If returned within 14 days undamaged no charges are applicable. If goods are to be posted away, credit or debit card details are required as a form of deposit and £5 postage is charged. Card details will be destroyed if the goods are returned within 14 days undamaged (for security reasons).
