Guide to Delivery & Turnaround Time

At ACE, your deadline is our deadline. We take turnaround times very seriously, offering a standard delivery service and an express delivery service.

Under normal conditions, our standard delivery service will be perfect for you. From placing your order, through artwork submitting, artwork orientation, proof check and embroidery / engraving to delivery, our lead time is 10-15 days. This is of course also dependent upon your response time.

Express Service

Your Deadline is our Deadline! If you are in a panic, don't delay, call ACE today! We can help.

Our in-house service facility means we can meet customer's demands most of the time for branded goods. We also offer a free next day delivery for plain goods too!

EMBROIDERED & PRINTED CLOTHING - COLLECT IN 5 DAYS!

  • 5 DAY EXPRESS 50% Express Charge - collect your goods within 5 working days of ordering - (i.e. order on Monday morning, collect Friday or dispatched next day courier for Monday)
  • Express orders are subject to stock availability; in the event of stock shortages we will advise suitable replacements.
  • Goods are collection within the agreed Express Lead Times.
  • Courier service is available. Once goods leave ACE Embroidery Limited we are not responsible for third party delays including Courier or Traffic issues, or customers not available to sign for goods. No credit is offered in these circumstances, we advise goods to be collected whenever possible.
  • Payment is required in full, prior to any order being processed; the lead time will begin from receipt of payment, not time of order placed.
  • High volume orders may not be available on Express Service, ACE will confirm upon application
