Tell us the items that you would like to purchase, and where you would like to place your logo or text. Then, send us your artwork. Artwork setup charges may apply.
Once you are happy with your selection, pay for your garments with one of our secure payment methods. You will receive an order receipt of payment no longer than 12 hours after ordering.
We will send you a proof of your garments via email with your logo/artwork positioned appropriately. Once you have reviewed and approved this proof, we will produce the goods for you!
From placing your order, through artwork submitting, artwork orientation, proof check and embroidery / engraving to delivery, our lead time is 10-15 days. This is of course dependent upon your response time also. We also offer an express service for when you have tight deadlines. To find out more, read our delivery guide.
Artwork for embroidery can be supplied to us in almost any format, including jpeg, pdf, eps, illustrator, png, and in bitmap or vector format. For printing, to avoid an artwork redraw charge, we require a vector version of your logo. We can get your artwork ready for print if it is not in vector format for a small charge.
