Returns, Shortages and Damages

Return of goods is to the discretion of ACE except where goods have been supplied in failure on the part of ACE to provide the goods as ordered and approved by the customer. 

Claims arising from shortages or damage are to be received within 5 days of receipt of item. Please inspect all goods prior to signing for delivery or upon collection.

Garments manufactured that are automised to customer specification cannot be exchanged or altered after production. Genuine faulty items are replaced.

All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. Send using a service that requires a signature on arrival, the Supplier will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive at the Suppliers address.

What can be returned

  • Embroidered or printed clothing can only be returned if the embroidery or print is defective or has been done incorrectly.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

What cannot be returned

  • Goods that have been personalised or the customer has used the goods that are not faulty and decorated as customers requirements.
  • Garments with sizing or colour issues. If you are unsure of your size, then please order blank samples first.
  • Products over 30 days old.

Refunds

  • There is no cash alternative for returned items. We will repair or replace the items like for like.
  • There is no option to change the product, colour or size
