Samples Policy
We know how helpful it is to see and feel a product before placing an order, so we’re happy to send out samples to help you decide. We’ll cover the delivery cost for your first batch of samples — after that, any additional sample requests will need to be paid for, including postage. Samples aren’t free, as we have to pay for the items and delivery ourselves. You’ll need to pay for the samples upfront and arrange their return. As long as they come back unworn, in their original packaging, and ready to go back into stock or be used in your order, we’ll issue a full credit or deduct the cost from your final invoice. We don’t have staff available to deliver or collect samples in person, so returns must be posted back to us. Thanks so much for your understanding — we really appreciate it.

Are samples free?
We cover delivery for your first batch of samples, but the items themselves aren’t free. You’ll need to pay for them upfront and will be refunded once they’re returned in suitable condition.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
We’ll cover the postage for your first sample request. If you need more samples later, you’ll need to pay for delivery and return postage.
What condition should samples be in when returned?
Please return them unworn, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for restocking or use in your order.
Can someone collect or drop off samples for me?
Sorry, we don’t have staff on the road to deliver or collect samples — all returns need to be posted back to us.
How do I get my refund?
Once we receive the samples back in suitable condition, we’ll issue a full credit or deduct the cost from your final order.
