Considerations with Embroidery

Unlike print there are more restrictions with Embroidery:

Not all logos will be suitable – small text, gradients, thin outlines, fine detail are best avoided.
Not all designers consider how your design will look embroidered – make this a priority when designing a new logo or creating your brand guidelines.
Some fabrics do not suit certain styles of embroidery – we make every effort to ensure logos work well on different fabrics, but some logos simply don’t work on some fabrics.

We create a version of your logo for every type of fabric we embroider with; for example, fleece is different to cotton – this comes at no cost to our customers.

Under thread, backing fabric and consumable goods are of superior quality, ensuring our customers get the best final result on Embroidery. Set Up Costs For Logo Embroidery

All new embroidery logos require a one off set up charge.

Approving Your Embroidered Logo Designs

Following payment, a digital proof will be supplied to you within 24 hours
Follow the online instructions to approve your new logo.
Minor amendments* are free of charge
Once approved your logo is locked down and saved on file for future use.

*Minor amendments include small edit to design, colour change and adjust layout. Charges will apply if the logo is changed from the design submitted to us.

Supplying Your Logo

Send us your logo via email in one of the following formats – jpg, png, pdf, eps, cdr, doc, or we can use the logo on your website. No work is ever started until we have digital approval and we ensure every job following your sign-off is the same quality as what you have approved.
